Dane spent so much time with me. He adjusted my bike to fit me in a way that no other bike shop has ever done, and I have been to a lot of bike shops. He explained what he was doing and why which was helpful. I felt that he really cared about what I wanted and needed. Working with him was a great experience.

Friendly and always willing to help
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very knowledgeable. The salesman who helped me was not in anyway pushy and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to make money off my purchase. He made me feel like he wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I got what fit my needs. I will absolutely tell everyone I know to go to Phat tire!
One stop shopping, I love that they have everything I need, great service and a fun place to shop all at one place, also having stores all over the state help me for as much as I travel.
