I went in the shop to ask questions about improving my bike. James and Shane were very helpful. They didn't push sales on me but we came up with a game plan. They also found an issue with my rear hub bearings and fixed it pretty quick. I'll be doing business with them again.
Had a problem with the battery on my eBike - They reset it so it worked again. They also did a bunch of software updates on the bike. They are always very helpful.

Checked my mountain bike in for repair of what I thought was a failing bearing. Prognosis was a bit different and suggested repair was reasonably priced with delivery on the same day. Apparently the derailleur needed lubrication & adjustment which they did gratis. Very pleased with personnel, facility and service. Will definitely make this my go-to shop!

We purchased several Treks over the years, where we stay committed to PHat Tire for PMs of these bicycles. I understand the service & components are higher than most, but when Phat Tire provides OEM parts, we'll continue best way to do business with the company.
Cole serviced my Gary Fisher (off-road) bike the other day and ended up making suggestions that I wasn't expecting to add on top of the initial reason for being there. I approved his extra services, and he did a great job for a loyal customer.

Guy that assisted me at the store was very helpful. I was able to select a new helmet and winter mtb pants in a very short amount of time.
Unfortunately, the guys at the rental shop couldn’t answer a few basic questions like what the early pickup fee was or when the store on Central closed.
Additionally, your website says you close at 6 on Sundays but Google says 5. I would be rather upset if I got there and the store closed at 5 when I was expecting 6 as per your website. Still not sure which one is correct.

Excellent service, great customer service. Salesman was very understanding after damaging the brake lever.. fortunately, they had an extra brake lever that was stripped off ia recent recalls and replaced free!!!
