Every time I come to the shop, I get the help I need, whether that is an adjustment to my bike, a product or a service. Corey is so helpful to educate me on the issue at hand and get me what I need. We brought a bike in this week that wasn’t shifting well. Corey adjusted the derailleur and talked to us about keeping the chain better lubricated. He told us the strategy he uses. That was really helpful and we saw an improvement on our next ride.
Dane runs an excellent shop and I'm a big fan of the bikes and services he provides.

All products were displayed nicely, and organized well. This was my first time at this location, and I'll return again whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Friendly service, too.
I went in to have a kickstand put on my wifes' bike and it was a great experience from start to finish. Mason was able to help me fast and was very attentive to what I needed. I also ended up getting a water bottle mount and bottle as well as Mason said it would be no problem to make it work after a different shop said there was not enough room. Super pleased and will be back.

Took my bike that I bought here a couple of years ago in for a repair and the guy doing the service was outstanding. He did a great job on the bike and taught me some things too. Highly recommend buying and having service done here.

I took my bike in for service. Ezra was AMAZING. He gave me his undivided attention, asked relevant, problem solving questions and treated my bike as if it was his own. He was smart, experienced and most of all… helpful.
I could describe how CAREFULLY and GENTLY he treated my bike… like a baby. I could describe how he treated me like a friend/family member by looking out for my best interests and the interests of my bike. I could talk about his “can do” and “will do” attitude. I could talk about his safety focus (by identifying and addressing an issue I didn’t know about).
I have been cycling for over 20 years and have been in countless bike shops. I know what bad, good and exceptional service is. My experience yesterday was beyond exceptional. It was better than perfect.

Older stocky gentleman brought the air pump out to my car and pumped up my tires while on the bike rack. So grateful. So we went in and spent $70 on gear. Really appreciated his kindness to my wife and I!
I bought my bike in 2020. I went back to get me a new set of tires and get new brake pads. Overall it’s always been a great experience and I really enjoy my bike. It’s been very helpful to me and my health. Thank you!
