I came in on Sunday, from Wisconsin, and my bike crank had fall off and other issues. They were able to fix it and have me riding in less than an hour. They are friendly and knowledgeable.
What a great bike shop, but the customer service makes it an amazing bike shop! Corey and Kevin went above and beyond for our group. One of our bikes was serviced immediately, 2 were left for level 2 cleaning and a new e-bike purchased!

I went to the Phat Tire store to purchase a new tire pump in the late afternoon of March 14, 2026. The young man working at the front counter was very professional, friendly, upbeat and informative. He was a breath of fresh air. I do not know his name. He did mention that he is an avid mountain biker and has 7 bikes. He also has blond hair which is kind of in a shag hair style which I thought was very cool! I am a child of the 60's and 70's. Retro things are coming back!
I am a 62 yo woman. I am an outdoor enthusiast and especially enjoy hiking and biking.
I recently moved to the area due to the unlimited outdoor activities and I plan on retiring here. I am also a parent and a physician (pediatrician). As such, I have interact with a lot with young people.
In this era of cell phones and technology, It is reassuring and refreshing to know that there are still young people out there that have such excellent interpersonal skills, even with an old lady like me! He is a positive representative and an asset to the Phat Tire bike shop.

Took my bike in to get some work done and the customer service was amazing. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Since relocating to NWA I've been going to Phat Tire for about 10 years. Most recently I was in need of a minor brake adjustment and they took care of me on the spot and had it ready within a half hour. If you're in a pinch stop in. For that matter anytime as they'll take care of you.I've used the shops in Bentonville and Bella Vista locations always with great timely service. I have bought a Trek mtn bike, 2 Kuat bike racks, tires , helmets, water bottles, energy drinks, clothing etc., they got it all. The service is friendly, efficient and resonably priced. It's a great bike shop with all your biking needs under one roof. Make it your go to bike shop. I know it's mine.
You tried to explain to me how the bike gears work.
The store owners were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping me determine whether a used bike I had received was worth fixing or if I should buy a new one. They could have easily talked me into upgrading to a new bike, since I told them it was for my daughter and that my main concern was her safety. That's a layup for a dishonest salesperson. Instead of selling me a new bike for $600+, they told me to let them restore the current bike for $160. Awesome customer service and integrity. They did a fantastic job bringing this bike back to life, and my daughter was so excited when we surprised her with it. Thanks again, guys. I will definitely be back!

I recently stopped by the Phat Tire bike shop in Norman just to look around and check out some potential upgrades for one of my bikes. While I was there, I had the opportunity to speak with Dane Price.
Dane was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk through several upgrade options with me. He listened to what I was considering and provided helpful insight without any pressure, which I really appreciated. It’s always great to talk with someone who clearly understands the equipment and enjoys helping riders make informed decisions.
Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend the Phat Tire bike shop in Norman, OK. The customer service and expertise made it a great visit, and I look forward to stopping in again.
