My experience with Phat Tire in Rogers, AR was amazing. Cat started my journey by explaining my options in detail and letting me test ride a Verve 2, after answering all my questions he placed an order for a Verve 2 Lowstep Gen 4. Kevin was next, after the bike came in he assembled it with the added accessories I wanted and called to say it was ready. I dropped by that afternoon to pick out a water bottle cage and decided to pick it up the next morning. Rocket was in the next morning, after inspection of the bike I wasn't satisfied with the brakes, which were not the spec brakes for this model, without hesitation Rocket changed them out for me. Rocket and Scott also answered all my questions on setup and fine tuned it for me. I can't say enough about the exceptional costumer service I received at Phat Tire Rogers. Kevin and Morgan let me test ride the bikes I was interested in and explained the differences. They explained what size fits me the best and even watched my ride to ensure my bike fit.
They went over accessories and recommended ride safety items such as a helmet and lights.
They were quick to repair my bike.

Ended up not getting any work done on my bike. The cost really wasn’t feasible for the age of the bike. But they were very honest and up front about what it would take to get it up and running properly again. But unfortunately when you have to start replacing things in pieces it starts adding up. The cost of repairing mine was within a couple of hundred of the cost of a new bike. So I’ll probably end up going that route instead. I did fail to mention the bike I took in was around 20 years old so to me it’s not worth spending that kind of money on.
