I am very pleased with the support and service I have received from the team in Edmond Oklahoma, especially from the manager Ryan. When a team member is busy with another customer, my presence is acknowledged while I am waiting for assistance. I have never experienced an “attitude” with any of the team members, their demeanor and behavior has always been professional.

Everytime we go to Phat Tire BV we are treated with friendliness and respect. I took my Trek mtb in for an issue and Thomas was very helpful. He took care of my immediate need with my derailleur so that I could still ride in the Women of Oz ride that day. I also mentioned some challenges I was having with the bike and my riding and he recommended several options to improve the bike's build to help me. He helped me order the right parts and got me in for service very quickly. It is always a great experience going there. I never feel like I am imposing. I never feel intimidated (I am a 59 year old woman) and they always treat me with respect. Great job all around

Exceptionally friendly, helpful and competent service at the Bella Vista location for a shifting failure that appeared suddenly and was an important problem for me. Never want to have mechanical issues I can't solve but when they happen PT in BV will be the first place I go to for help.
Broke my carbon seatpost at the frame on a bikepacking ride. Got the bike to the shop (Fayetteville) and asked to have the broken section of carbon removed out of the frame. Guys did a great job drilling and pulling it out and treated me more that fairly on the pricing. Thanks!
Phat Tire Rogers is my lifeline! I just started riding 5 years ago and don't know alot about biking. I'm usually coming to them with a crisis, and every time they are understanding and they teach me how to avoid future incidents as well as teaching me a bit more about taking care of my bike. The guys at the Rogers shop are always so willing to help. I brought in my son's new (used) bike and not only did they swap out his derailleur, he lubed the chain made everything worked and allowed me to stand next to him and ask questions as he worked.
Really can't recommend them enough. Great part of the downtown Rogers family.
