your folks are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They're very low pressure, which means that I can trust that if they recommend me a product, or a more expensive product, it's actually in my interest to do so. It's like having friends that own a bike shop; they're going to give me solid advice. Right now I wouldn't think of going to another bike shop unless they send me there. I'm certain all my needs will be met.

Guys helped me out right before a big race. Could not get my brakes to bleed with the plastic sram syringes I had. Danny got me going and was kind enough to let me bug him about bleed procedures. Appreciate it!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They accidentally ordered the wrong part but they were upfront about it, explained the problem, and got my bike back to me ASAP. Overall a good experience! Also helped me pick out a few accessories and invited me to a group ride 😊
I needed emergency assistance to fix some mistakes made by another local repair shop and they told me to come on in and made the repairs while I waited. They were very friendly and helpful and I am most appreciative for their assistance.
