EVERYTHING! To start, I love that you have your inventory status for each store online. I called to double check before making the trip and was treated amazing from the start, not blown off since I calling and not actually in the store. Rick agreed to hold the bike for me while I drove from OKC to Bentonville that same day. Once I got there, the experience was even more amazing! Rick spent over an hour answering all my questions, going over the bikes features and components and helping me with all the gear I needed. Everything I needed was actually available in store and there was plenty of options to choose from. They also spent the time to completely look over the bike, clean her up and top everything off before handing her over. I will definitely put up a Google review and tell all my family and friends about how amazing this place is! We have a store here in Edmond but will probably still just make the trip to Bentonville when we need to just because it was such a great experience. You have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Thank you so much!!

I like that Daryl did a full review of how to use the Kuat dual bike rack hitch mount. I also like that he had let me test drive several bikes two weeks prior to know the differences in the ebikrs and pedal assist versus throttle etc.
Good variety of bikes and equipment. Cost of services and repairs are good value for the money. The staff is always friendly and more than helpful at answering questions and showing you bikes.
