Great service
I had a wonderful experience at Phat Tire in Broken Arrow. Morgan and Kevin were excellent customer service people. I really appreciated the time that they took to help me find what I needed. I was also really surprised when I asked Morgan if he knew anyone who refurbished vintage bicycles. He quickly found a business card for a local shop that does the work. I will be returning to Phat Tire.

They were great on answering all of my questions and explaining and showing me hands on what they were talking about. I had called later in the evening looking for a specific bike that the website said they had in stock, and by the time I got a chance to go by the next afternoon, they had already unpacked the bike, assembled it, ensured everything was working properly and had it ready to go for my daughter. Will definitely be back with all future bike needs and work.

Staff was friendly and helpful and got what I needed. They also informed me more about my bike which was nice because I am new to it. The phone holder said it was $25 but came out $30 though. Not the workers fault though

What's not to like?? These guys always take care of me and my bike. This last time Andrew helped me out with a chain that needed replacing and a front rotor that was a little bent. He's awesome!
i was in a pinch and every bike shop i called was booked way out except for these guys. they worked on a tricky drivetrain issue well above my paygrade and resolved it quickly. Same day service and i got out of their (with a new set of grips) for under $60, which is a feat in boutique bike-world. Nice guys, great service.

The time and interaction from your sales people (Rick) namely who took the time to explain a lot to me and help me set up the bike for trails and I’m really appreciative for the time taken by the salesmen Rick made my 1:30 minute drive worth the trip up and I will use Phat Tire again in the future.
