Everyone was nice and friendly and helpful helped me pick out the replacement part I needed then when we realized the bike was not repairable, they allowed me to return the part that I had not used. They have great customer service.

I feel like when I come into the store for anything that the staff is listening and attentive. Not only do they listen, I feel like they hear me. It's not just a nod and move on. Thomas always takes time to explain my service to me. He answers any follow up questions I may have. I have also notice a big shift in morale since Adam has become manager. No one seems stressed out, they all look happy to be there.
