I’m one of the earliest customers of the Bike Rack Bentonville in the original location, where part of Table Mesa is now. I have always had great service, everything from new bike purchases, bike repairs, accessories and tune ups. I highly recommend this shop , they have always had excellent repair technicians and a wide selection of bikes, parts and accessories at great prices!

I walked in for service without an appointment due to a flat tire problem. The gentleman that helped me worked quickly to solve my problem, made suggestions for the best solution and went above and beyond my expectations as he tightened several items on my bike that needed attention. I’m not sure of the guys name who helped me, but he was fantastic! It may have been Josh, possibly? But he went above and beyond for my sons e-bike (under the last name Last name removed) & I appreciate that very much!!! He changed the tire on it & then also fixed a couple extra minor problems that he saw on it. It only took him a few extra minutes, but even still that probably would be ignored most places. So I’m very thankful that he went even further than expected! I just figured I would brag on him for that! Thank yall!! ☺️

First of all I want to apologize for a mix up review from another company. Phat tires has always been helping me with any of my bike repairs. Last week I went there to get two kids bikes fixed and they didn’t take long at all. They were very kind and have always been since I went there last year. They have fixed my ebike and installed a new handle bar for me. Good place to go. Thank you again for always making your customer happy. I will be for sure to come back.
