I just bought a bike from you guys and Ryan helped me. The color I wanted as back ordered and so you guys gave me a loaner to ride while I waited. That was a happy surprise. I did not expect you to do that. Everyone at the shop is very nice and helpful, but Ryan was the main guy I interacted with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and I never felt pressured to buy anything. That goes a long way with me! I will be back and I will recommend you to anyone who is in the market for a bike.

Could not have asked for better customer service. Originally stopped to see what needed to be done to my old and seldom used mountain bike and happen to see one of the rentals that was heavily discounted.
When I asked about it all of the flaws were pointed out and stressed what could and would be changed out to make my ride even better.
Left buying the bike and could not have left more satisfied. Have been by a couple of times and each time was asked if I was still happy which I overwhelmingly said YES!

Good selection of Trek bikes and equipment. Very informative on products. Davis and Dane were great to work. They took the time to help explain all of the new equipment because it's been years since I've been serious about riding. GO TO PHAT TIRE FOR YOUR TWO WHEEL NEEDS!

Everyone was nice, tune up was not too expensive, and bike was ready one day earlier than expected.
