Started out on our bike ride, made it a couple of miles and had a flat. Was close enough to Phat Tire Sprinddale decided to see if the could help. Heck yes, fixed me right up and got me back on my ride. Help is knowledgeable. They always make sure they send you out with bike safe and in working order. Great place to have on the Razorback Trail.

I worked with Joshua, who was very knowledgeable on the equipment offered in the shop. He was helpful, but didn't pressure me to buy anything. I did end up purchasing a bike after taking it on a test drive through the parking lot. I wish there had been a better place to test the bike, so I could really try it out. But if that's the worst thing I can say, it was obviously a good experience.

When I bring my bikes in there, if the staff/mechanic can determine if the issue is not a complicated repair, they are always willing to take care of it right there without an appointment.
Just all around great people
Still more than I wanted to spend, but about the only stock aluminum short-travel full-suspension bike on the market right now that's offered with decent components and full GX or XT group sets. Everyone in the shop is upbeat, knowledgeable, and willing to help, plus it's local to me in Broken Arrow. That's where I'll spend my money in the near future. Cool shop!

Really enjoy Phat tire. It's clear that all service/sales people are knowledgeable.
I brought my bike in for new tires and tubes. I talked to a friendly guy who recommended some other service. I DID feel a little like he was upcharging me. It wasn't offensive but I came in to spend about $80 and walked away spending $360. The service was good and the staff was friendly.
Not a deal breaker for me but wanted you guys to know.

Staff was friendly and let me ride a few bikes until I found the one I wanted. The manager Dane answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy from there again.
The rental bike employee went above and beyond! We were delayed due to the weather and he stayed so our son could get his bike.
