I had a very polirizing experience. I stopped by the store before buying my bike and the guy that helped me was rude, he obviously didn’t want to be there. I wish I could remember his name. I left the store whiteout a purchase as he told me that the bike I was looking for wasn’t available even online, only to come home and find it on the website.
However, when I went to pick it up, a completely different experience. The two guys at the back of the store were so pleasant and helpful. I even bought a rack and was installed right there and with a smile.
Stephen took the time to confirm that I had the right size helmet.
