Timely delivery, great front counter parts and sales support. Seriously , hard to find you visually or be any sign you exist on the highway in front of your backseat mall location.
Had the right size of the Trek bike that I wanted, and were very responsive and quick in arranging for a test ride and got the bike ready for me in a day. Also quick to respond to adjustment requests once I purchased the bike. Varun (Warren?) was my point of contact for my purchase and he was excellent to work with and very professional.

Jason, Milan and Andy were all super helpful in assisting me in buying my first e-bike! Milan spent 3 hours in store with me as I test drove several bikes, he answered all my questions, was very patient and knowledgable in all things e-bike. Andy did a great job setting up my bike with all the extra parts I bought, and overall I'm very impressed by the incredible service from everyone! Would highly recommend shopping at BSP :)
