I appreciate your shop's willingness to help with things like pumping tires. And I overheard staff telling a customer that you have a two year plan for tuneups etc., which beats Reckless Rider where I bought my Marin bike a few years back. In fact, my back-for-tune-up experience there was not very nice and I have preferred you folks completely since then.
My visit this past week was to buy a bike pump, which in the end I didn't buy. The young man helping me was very nice, willing to help, and patient ... but he needed more product information and it would be useful if you had sample products to trial. In the end, I floundered using the outdoor pump and came back to have the tires pump with the air pump. Thanks for that, but aaarrgggh! You might want to put a Tire Pumping for Dummies infographic beside the courtesy pump outdoors because despit watching two youtube videos to figure it out, I only managed to deflate my tire! ... Anyway, I'll be back. Thanks.

I had a fantastic experience at this shop thanks to both the salesperson and the bike technician. I called earlier in the day to inquire about a bike, and the salesperson kindly offered to set it aside for me to view later.
Although I wasn’t able to arrive until 5:30 p.m.—just 30 minutes before closing—both team members were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I decided to purchase the bike, and they went above and beyond by staying a bit past closing time to ensure I could take it home that same day.
I’ve been extremely happy with the bike and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to others.
I was walking by and I saw the store. So I decided to come in and, my surprise when I found they have different colors and variety of biking shoes from other stores.
I am so glad that I found them on sale, tried them on and I felt very acknowledged by the guys who work there. Who guided, explained and were very patient to me (since it's my first time buying biking shows).
So, I'll be back to check on other products because of the service the guys provided for me. Good job on having such kind staff to guide women like me.

Timely delivery, great front counter parts and sales support. Seriously , hard to find you visually or be any sign you exist on the highway in front of your backseat mall location.
Had the right size of the Trek bike that I wanted, and were very responsive and quick in arranging for a test ride and got the bike ready for me in a day. Also quick to respond to adjustment requests once I purchased the bike. Varun (Warren?) was my point of contact for my purchase and he was excellent to work with and very professional.
