I think when it comes to products, you can get products anywhere but what stands out here is the level service down to the smallest details. It's clear BSP is looking to build long lasting relationships rather than just transactional interactions.

Really appreciated the help from BSP yesterday! I really needed help with a quick brake bleed on my bike before a trip. Norco told me it was 6 weeks to get an appointment, and MEC was 1 week out.
