Thank you to all those involved with my purchase, from the moment I walked in the door I was treated warmly by all. Carlos took the time to walk me through the features of the bike I was interested in and to help me with making a deposit to secure the purchase while it waited for a part to come in. This was followed up promptly with the connection to the bike fitter so I could make an appointment and with assistance in the store yesterday from service and sales in getting the necessary add-ons to make my new bike ride ready.

Staff greats you in a friendly manner. Knowledgeable and answers questions thoroughly. Very helpful in checking and moving the bike from vehicle and back to loading it. Staff very patient and professional in fielding questions about how certain equipment works or little details that might help.

I had been looking for my component from other cycle shops but wasn’t able to discuss fitment with anyone interested in ensuring compatibility.

I don’t know anything about your products or type of products required for biking but what we bought was a big success at the birthday party we bought the helmet for. The 2 year old who got the helmet wouldn’t take it off. We had the best experience was the service. Greatly appreciated.
