I had a great experience in BSP. Went there for a raod bike on sale that is last one in stock. Had Nav helped me who recommended me a gravel bike (also on sale) which better suited my needs. Nav is passionated and professional at what he does, gave me good advice with added knowledge. Will recommend him and the shop to anyone!

Oleh and Steve were very helpful to get the drive train on my S-Works fully upgraded. My bike is a bit older now, and they were able to figure out how to accommodate the bike with new parts. Really appreciate all the time they spent to figure out the upgrade and their attention to detail. They were also both very open to answer all of my questions.

Bought our eMTB from Chris at the North Van store and he was SUPER helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating.
The service we experienced yesterday was very exceptional. Not only were they very friendly and helpful, but they offered to help with extras that didn't cost us anything, depsite the fact that it was 5 minutes before closing time.
