Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I was in a few different times over a couple of days and dealt with different staff, and they seemed to all be on the same page and knew what it was I was looking for and what I had been looking at previously.
Was able to test ride a couple different bikes and was encouraged to make informed decisions.

Yup - Paul (North Van location) was a total pro and helped diagnose the fix a creak i had on my bike within a couple hours of me dropping it off. He was honest in his estimate and charged me only the small amount of labor required to fix the creak.
