Although it took a hill for the manufacturer of my bike to respond, Milan did a great job of explaining what the likely cause of my issue was and he let keep riding until he finally got word from the manufacturer.
The problem ended up resolving itself and he didn’t charge me for any diagnostics and he let me go on my way.
If anything goes wrong with my bike, I’ll be back in a heartbeat.
