I had a great experience in BSP. Went there for a raod bike on sale that is last one in stock. Had Nav helped me who recommended me a gravel bike (also on sale) which better suited my needs. Oleh and Steve were very helpful to get the drive train on my S-Works fully upgraded. My bike is a bit older now, and they were able to figure out how to accommodate the bike with new parts. Really appreciate all the time they spent to figure out the upgrade and their attention to detail. They were also both very open to answer all of my questions.

Bought our eMTB from Chris at the North Van store and he was SUPER helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating.
The service we experienced yesterday was very exceptional. Not only were they very friendly and helpful, but they offered to help with extras that didn't cost us anything, depsite the fact that it was 5 minutes before closing time.

Although i didn't buy my most recent bike from them, their service centre mechanics are the ones that assembled my bike out of the box. I only trust BSP for any service and maintenance for my bike.

I was very impressed with our salesperson Juan. He was very polite, knowledgeable and brought over a bike I had phoned about from North Van for me to try the size. It was the one i purchased eventually but he pointed out different bikes that might be suitable so gave me some choices which i liked. The staff affixed the extra pieces i purchased to the bike for me and then contacted me when it was ready. Excellent customer service from someone who used to work retail. i have already told two friends that your store should be checked out if they are ever looking for a bicycle or accessories. i was very impressed to say the least!
