I called Trek to ask if a rough bottom bracket was covered under warranty. I was prepared to buy one with my own money to replace. I was pleasantly surprised that the Trek rep said he would call BSP North Van to arrange for the replacement BB.
I went to BSP the next day and they had a BB for me!
