I spoke with the machanic Michael when I first contacted BSP by phone. I was immediately impressed with his manner, his questioning ability to resolve my inquiry and his obvious knoledge. I immediately wanted to visit the store. (I live some 40km away and there are other stores closer). On arrival at the store he met me and discussed my interest, cycling style and fitted me for a bike He then adjusted the bike for a trial ride, discussed the various controls, fitted me with a helmet and sent me on a trial ride. On my return, I decided to buy. The care of the bike and its maintenace was then discussed. I then spoke with the Daniel who inquired of my current cycling gear and possible requirements for its replacement, and the delivery of the bike.
I left with the feeling that this had been one of the most pleasant buying/instructional experiences I have had.
PS I have been a local and international touring cyclist for my life (I am 85), own three bicycles, and have many bicycle shop visits ..... this visit was an outstandingly satisfying encounter. Many thanks. Peter Bailey

I recently had my bikes serviced. Staff were very knowledgeable and honest and did not try to upsell anything. In fact, they advised me I only needed the basic service for one of my bikes saving me in the higher cost I thought I would be paying.

I was looking for a quality bike for my 5 and 8 years old kids which they can take it to the the trails and indoor bike park as well as on the pavement road and I found it there also they got me the 24 bike from their other store which made it more convenient for us

Amazing staff! I can't say enough positive stuff. From the moment I walked into the store, the staff went above and beyond to help me find cycling shoes, cleats, and pedals. They walked me through fittings and gave me tips and tricks to learning how to use the shoes (my first pair of clipless shoes/pedals). I 100% recommend Bicycle Sports Pacific for anyone that has questions or is still learning about cycling. They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like I didn't belong in the cycling world. Great staff all around. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience bringing our 3 year old in to find his first “big boy” bike after learning on a strider style bike.
We knew roughly what we were looking for, but we wanted our son to feel a part of the process - and he absolutely did. The salesperson (Alaina) was very patient with him, and helped him feel comfortable after he was a little scared to try the bike out for size. We felt no rush whatsoever to make a decision, and he was given ample time and space to make as many laps around the store floor as he needed. (Once he got brave enough to give it a try). We were also given suggestions on how to make the transition from Strider to pedal bike.
I’d like to extend our sincere appreciation to the store staff for making it such a great experience for us and our kids, when it easily could have been downplayed as just another kids bike going out the door.
I look forward to coming back!
