I had an issue with my bike whereby it was delivered late and up to that point had a bad experience. However I was contacted about the issue and I was impressed with how I was treated thereafter - I was helped with a new bike of my colour preference and the team treated me really well and even assembled my items on the spot while I waited. I talked to Mike on the phone last week and planned to come in Sunday. He made sure to make time for me and had the bike ready within a few hours. Also answered a bunch of questions about parts and upgrades for me. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.
