I never give out 10s! The staff are friendly and no pressure which is important to me. I'm looking for a new bike but need to take my time. the market is pretty oriented to buyers so I am hunting for best price. So far BSP has not been able to match pricing I received elsewhere. That does not detract at all from the folks working there. They were knowledgeable, very, very helpful and accommodating with me trying out a couple bikes. I have not purchased yet and am still looking to ensure I get the right bike for my needs.

Long distance order for a CAAD-13, which I was surprised they had in stock to begin with (can't find one locally). Had great phone service troubleshooting a payment issue, and then was kept aware of the process right through to shipping and delivery. Can't ask for better service.
