I was impressed that Alania contacted me 6 months after I originally went into the store to enquire about a crux comp. I have been trying to get a crux comp for a long time with no luck until I heard from Alania.
I liked the size and location of the store, with a large and not too busy car park to try bikes. I also liked the patient way the mechanic described the problem with my bike to me.

I've been coming to BSP for years. I've always said that it's like a big bike shop with a small bike shop feel. The staff are great. The mechanics are super helpful and I'm glad to see that they're open until 6pm now as I could never make it by 5pm before after work when my bike was having issues. Don't know if that's just summer hours but for now it's great.

Your mechanic who worked on my bike, Andy when above what was needed to call me and even show me a video about my problem with my Cannondale.
Also, the young man from Columbia, who inspect and receive my complaints was very competent and pleasant.

I like your selection of Cannondale and Trek bikes I didn’t like it when I phoned ahead (two days prior) and gave the time I would pick up my wife’s new bike The bike wasn’t ready ( the tech just started to index the gears after we arrived) Then we were told it had to be sent to the main service in Langley and could not take it until next week. It cost us a trip downtown and a ride on a beautiful day plus the aggravation of telling friends the ride was off The bike should have been serviced before we got there!

I really enjoyed going through the bike fit process (my first bike fit!) with Stephen. He took the time to ask me questions about my riding and even found that one of my cleats was off centre! I so appreciated his help and it's given me extra motivation to ride even more!
I found the service department to be very friendly, helpful and open to answering questions and making recommendations for upgrading my bike.
