We didn't feel pressured to buy, even though we did end up buying, and enjoyed speaking with the sales person, she is very knowledgable about the bikes and products in stock.

So nice to be greeted by smiles and helpful staff! Ilo was efficient and thorough, as were all the others who dealt with me. She took the time to brainstorm with me about details like adding a bell. I came in enthused about a Cannondale Quick, a graceful little the machine. It turned out to be no longer available, I tried the next model, the Treadwell Neo2. It was a good fit and turns out to be less than 10lbs heavier than the Quick.

Went above and beyond -- I came in with a cassette, asked if I could have it put on the Kickr Core that I had just purchased from BSP and without hesitation, the employee went to work. I really appreciated the help (as I didn't have the proper tool) and will happily recommend the shop to friends!
