efficient, quick and friendly
Steve, Juan, Elo, and Nav were most helpful with the purchase of my new Trek Allant+ 7 ebike - friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful and efficient. The whole process was a pleasure and I am thrilled with the bike so far (three days of riding it now). I can't speak for the Service Department yet, but if it is anything like the Sales group it will be top level. The store has a great inventory on hand for trying out bikes and a good supply of accessories. It is conveniently located on the Pacific bike path and there is good car parking on the parallel streets. All in all a great experience.

I recievd a very fiendly and attentive welcome. I came to the store with five or six requests for adjustments to my new Verve 2. All were quickly noted, clarification and confirmation were sought by the store manager and all attended to within an hour.to my satisfaction by her and the bicycle technician. Geat service pleasantly provided.
It was my first time to enter this establishment to buy just one spoke and be on my way. But the quality of service is excellent, even for just one spoke. You just earned a new customer. I will be back for more of my bikes’ needs. And a good word of mouth to my other fellow bike rider friends.

We had great customer service from Milan. He took the time to explain things as we had our e bikes in for maintenance and new tires. He took the time to go over diagnostics and services performed upon pick up of bikes. We left feeling satisfied and had the understandment of what maintenance was done.
