Amazing staff! I can't say enough positive stuff. From the moment I walked into the store, the staff went above and beyond to help me find cycling shoes, cleats, and pedals. They walked me through fittings and gave me tips and tricks to learning how to use the shoes (my first pair of clipless shoes/pedals). I 100% recommend Bicycle Sports Pacific for anyone that has questions or is still learning about cycling. They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like I didn't belong in the cycling world. Great staff all around. Thank you!

I was in the market for a step thru bike and had the pleasure of meeting Nav who made us feel welcome and ready to help us. He was enthusiastic about his products and pointed us in the direction of a Cannondale adventure. I was very pleased when I rode it around the store and with the sale price.
Nav had the bike ready (fender, bell etc) in an hour but there was a hiccup with the mounting of the water bottle holder but he had problem solved it before we got back. We happily walked out with my bike and all accessories intact.
I am extremely happy with my bike and would highly recommend anyone to go see Nav for superior service.
