Knowledgeable staff who were helpful before and after the buying process. Stephen was fantastic to deal with who then passed me off to Michael in North Vancouver to get my new bike set up perfectly for when I rode it out the door.
The only issue is that they made it too comfortable to go into the store and talk with them as I tend to get in trouble in bike stores!

Great products and great service
The mechanic (Michael?) was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and personable and empathetic. He went out of his way to show me what was wrong with my bike. The service was done very quickly and inexpensively.
Stephen was excellent as always. I have bought all of my bikes and will continue to buy them from Stephen.
