I am new to cycling and Stephen went above and beyond showing me different options and explaining the basics. He graciously spent quite a lot of time over a few sessions to teach me what to look for and offered me a long test ride around Stanley park to make sure I am comfortable with my bike. He then did the bike fitting complimentary which was amazing. I’ve never experienced such professional, amazing customer service elsewhere!
Alina was very helpful and knowledgable; Andy tuned up my shifting as requested. I also received good information about a possible replacement bike.
