Great service and very helpful with explaining details of e-bikes. Only issue was when I got the bike home, tires were very low in air.
I had a flat rear tire on my electric folding bike on the way to work and the staff were able to replace the tube quickly while I was at work, allowing me to ride my bike home after work. This fix is something I could not have done on my own, because a large, heavy wrench was necessary to remove my back wheel, to do the repair, a tool I would not have carried with me even if I had a tire tube to do the repair. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and exceedingly helpful and I was most grateful.
