BSP always has the best service. They've let me park my bike inside while I shop without hesitation. Product selection is very good and they've treated me well even when I'm just looking for small things like tubes. I can't attest to buying a bike or getting tune ups from them, but I they're always working on sick bikes and are very knowledgeable.

The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. There was a wide variety of bikes available providing different price points, and the bikes were in stock and available to purchase and bring home same day. They are also able to quickly retrieve stock from other locations so my selection was high, especially compared to other bike shops I’d visited.
Our two bikes were tuned up, and in both cases it was like we picked up new bikes. You people did a fantastic job and we will be back!

Good staff and even though the training bike I ordered took forever to arrive, (due to the manufacturer) they did the delivery and install to help make up for the delay. I bought other bikes from them and always find they are great to deal with.
Great bikes and ability to ship whss as to you are interested in from another of their stores if they don’t have it in stock. Also friendly and knowledgeable staff.
