The staff here are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Help is offered generously but without the pressure to buy or the feeling of being oversold. I ordered something online for in-store pickup and really appreciated the notification I received once my order was ready, and the personal reminder afterward when I wasn’t able to actually pick up my order right away. Great shop. Great service.

Staff member I dealt with was very helpful. I was also at the downtown location earlier that day and they were also very helpful but the items I was looking for were at the North Van location. They offered to have the items delivered to the downtown store but I wanted them that day. Overall very good experience in both stores.
