I got really helpful advice setting up my bike w/ tubeless and gravel tires, there was a good stock of parts and accessories, and the bike techs turned my bike around very quickly (<1 day).

The North Van store provider much quicker service than the Downtown store, which ignored emails from me and lost track of my parts order.
