While we have bought 3 bikes from Pacific over 7 year period, recently we added to our collection and bought e-bikes but from another dealer. On our first e-bike ride of this year we had some issues as we happen to be going by Pacific Bike. We went in and had a representative come out to look at the Ebike and offer simple answers. We got great assistance at no cost and only bought a bike tire pump cause we needed one to carry with us. They treated us as awesome/exceptionally even though this E-bike was not bought from them. It’s speaks volumes to who Pacific Bike is and their business ethics and staff. Thank you

I had an issue with my bike whereby it was delivered late and up to that point had a bad experience. However I was contacted about the issue and I was impressed with how I was treated thereafter - I was helped with a new bike of my colour preference and the team treated me really well and even assembled my items on the spot while I waited. Look forward to returning for all my new biking gear and services in the future. Would totally recommend to someone else!
