This past Sunday I finally know what it is to meet people who are not only good people, but also go above and beyond in their customer service. My bike tire got pinched and went flat as I was riding through downtown. It was late and I was sure that there was no way I could get home the same way I got here so as I was about to call my wife, I noticed Bicycle Sport Pacific where two young gentleman were closing up. As a half hearted effort, I asked for their help and to my surprise and gratitude they not only reopened the shop for me, but were amazing as they stayed late and helped me patch up my bike. I might have forgot their names but I definitely won't forget their help and will make sure to recommend this establishment to anyone with even the faintest interest in bikes.

I am very happy with my new bike. The sales and service people let me try out a number of bikes until they and I agreed what was best bike for what I wanted. I’ve had my bike for over a month and brought it in for just a little tuneup, and they did it very expeditiously And I think the service is fantastic.
