Fast and efficient
Good experience with having our 2 e-bikes serviced this week.
They allowed me to come in multiple times to try multiple different bikes and had zero issues in doing so, which helped me make the right decision on my purchase. Really enjoyed that level of care and patience.
The young lady working the floor was extremely helpful and fun to be around!

Bought a bike from you last year. It had problems. We waited for replacement parts. Months went by. Eventually your staff suggested we switch to a bike you had in stock. Your staff were great to deal with. Dealt primarily with Alicia, but others as well, and everyone was superb.
