It was great working with Stephen on my purchase from out of town, he was very informative, confirmed that the Synapse Tiagra 58cm was the right bike and size for me, and had everything set to go and did a great job fitting the bike for me when I arrived to pick it up on a tight schedule to catch a return ferry to Vancouver Island. The last bike I bought from BSP was a Cannondale T900 touring bike in 1997, which is still going strong after 25 years, and BSP's service is the same high level now as it was then!
I have bought bikes over the years from BSP and like the selection and pricing. Nathan was great to deal with and helped me find a bike that I love within my price range!
I love the mechanic who works at BSP downtown! In the past, he’s dropped his breakfast and coffee to help fix my bike when I experienced mechanical while out riding. Today, he was also so so quick to help. Love this guy! (I need to ask for his name next time :P)
Great customer service. I had an issue with my online order (no fault of Bicycle Sports Pacific), and they did all they could to get in touch with me to correct it. I also received a follow up email after it was addressed. The excellent and personalized customer service I received combined with the large selection of quality cycling gear will make me a repeat customer. I will also encourage others to shop at BSP.
