I 100% trust the technicians at Bicycle Habitat! I know whatever I bring in they will be able to handle. I have a little bit of knowledge about bicycle repair and I feel like they always do a good job of explaining to me what they will be doing to the bike without talking down to me OR being too technical.

Bicycle Habitat has the best staff. All their bike gurus are so kind and articulate. Whether they are talking to a customer who is a bike expert themselves or me a total novice, they diagnose and explain clearly what what’s going on with your bike. Then…they fix it!
