What do you like about our products and services?

Service while you wait, unlike those Trek stores that put your bike in storage for a month because they operate first-come, first-served and have dramatically underhired bike techs.

Very professional service.

Although my request for pedal tips was not initially installed, they were able to install them on my pickup date with just a 15 minute wait time.

Thanks very much for the service. I will be recommending those who own bikes that there is a great place to get bike service in my local area.

Staff is very nice and helpful, bike repair person was skilled and knowledgable and replaced my brakes and tuned up my bike very well. They had bike lights and reflective stickers, and waterproof seat covers, and helped me choose the right ones for what I needed.

Service staff is incredible. Went above and beyond to get a part warrantied from the manufacturer when they could've just charged me for a new one. This is the only place I'll go from now on.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

went in to fix a flat tire. Re-attached tire and tube wrong, where the rim strip is not correctly set and is sticking out, and therefore the tire is not sitting in the lead correct.

I could purchase it online and pick up in store and have it installed while i wait. i purchased a bike basket. I asked a couple other questions about my bike and the man helping me was very generous with his time and knowledge.

What do you like about our products and services?

The purchase of a bike for general use around the park and street went very smooth. I walked in on a Thursday evening, I was shown several models, I testes a medium and a large, and settled on the large model. They fitted my especial seat, added a kick stand, and a lock. Overall a very pleasant transaction.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The guy on the desk was patronizing and rude. This was particularly unfortunate as the other members of the team – incl. someone who helped explain different lock strengths, and a mechanic who came to check if I needed anything done to the bike itself – were really lovely. The guy at the desk was dismissive and made me feel really unwelcome. He was very welcoming and engaged with the male customers, so I've come to assume his rudeness to me was based on misogyny, but would love to be proven wrong about that. All that being said, I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend to friends.
