Kind, quick, and effective service.
Salesmen don’t seem like they enjoy their Job. I was hoping for a better experience being chucking is new but when I walked in on two different occasions. The salesmen made me feel like I didnt belong.
However there was a black guy who seemed to be a manage be was polite and looked to be the only person who enjoys what they do.
Very very fast service and happy to explain everything!
Your staff is knowledgeable and helpful
It was so refreshing to walk into an actual store and get real, educated and honest customer service. I found a bike that fit all my needs and was very confident that everyone there had my best interest in mind. May Bicycle Habitat be around as long as NYC is, best bike store in the city!!

The service I received was perfect - the staff was professional, helpful, and kind human beings. I was a little nervous picking up my bike as I had not ridden a bike in years and didn't know much about bikes in general. The staff members all made me feel at ease, like it was no big deal, and they welcomed me into the biking community with open arms. I highly recommend the Bicycle Habitat in Brooklyn!
Great experience from start to finish ! The staff was very nice , welcoming and knowledgeable. Jim was awesome! Walked me through everything I needed as a first time road bike owner.

I needed a new headset which was not readily available; staff ordered for me the part needed and when it came in they did the labor to replace it. I had no issues and my bike is now like new for me.

I appreciate their professionalism however both my husband and I had extensive repair work done on our bikes and I was surprised that Bicycle Habitat couldn't include a cleaning of the bikes as part of the service.

There is no other bike shop in Brooklyn that I could find to offer the internal hub cleaning my xtra-cycle bike required. And yet, its an affordable repair! Bike Habitat is performing an important role in the community offering such a wide range of cargo bike repairs.
Great service, very politely explained what needed to be done. Quick work and any confusion was cleared up well. Opposite of bike shops that are pretentious, would return again.

There seems to be only one Canyon bike shop in NYC that is solely focused on that type of bike. I really appreciate the fast turnaround time and the expert mechanics that you have. The managers by the front desk know their stuff and help you swiftly. The bike shop took care of my bicycle and put it out of sight and out of mind when not in use. I really appreciate everything they have done for me. My bike is working great!!
