The repair staff is great, always very helpful and knowledgeable, I can rely on them to fix my bike anytime!
Nothing. I’m very much welcomed, I enjoy the service! I love working with both the staff and the people at the workshop doing the repairs. You’ve been nothing but courteous to me and patient with me as I walk in with even the most basic of issues.

Mike was amazing. So helpful with my bike maintenance and accessories I needed. I can't say enough about how personable he is and how much he made the experience so great. Oh, and the work on the bike...wow. so good.

Best support I've ever gotten from a local shop. A story from at least a decade ago: I went to a competitor to see if they could tell me how to route a cable on a frame with internal cabling. Competitor would not offer any help, they just told me I needed to bring it in.
The opposite was the case with Bicycle Habitat. I called the Soho shop and was told: sure, swing by the shop later and you can talk to a mechanic, who carefully explained how to do it and what to avoid. Super helpful and locked me into Habitat!!
Manager and crew really were awesome, they help me get the model of the bike I wanted as well as gave me recommendations and tweaked the bike for me to get started on it. Thanks!
Taylor is unpleasant to work with. I took my business elsewhere. He didn’t seem very interested in landing a $3,000 purchase, and I was very happy to give another bike shop my money.

Staff was very friendly, great location, and great service. They gave me confidence they knew what they were doing and they had a fast turnaround.
Sales staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable(especially Ari-not sure of spelling, she was fantastic). I felt very comfortable asking questions, which were answered with no problem. I also like that the store keeps a range of items in the store at different prices, allowing the customer more options.

The gents in the service dept are TOP NOTCH! I came in with a hidden crack on my wheel, and they were able to get me on the road again with minimal fuss...all while working within my TINY budget.
They're creative problem solvers, and I would never hesitate to bring my bike to them for whatever it may need.

Don't tell anybody that Bike Habitat on Vanderbilt is a gem of a bike shop. The entire staff there is super friendly and professional! You won't find a sign on this shop. It is our little secret.
