Mike was great. Something was wrong with my bike lock holder and brakes. He did a great job.
Staff was very friendly, great location, and great service. They gave me confidence they knew what they were doing and they had a fast turnaround.
Sales staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable(especially Ari-not sure of spelling, she was fantastic). I felt very comfortable asking questions, which were answered with no problem. I also like that the store keeps a range of items in the store at different prices, allowing the customer more options.

Don't tell anybody that Bike Habitat on Vanderbilt is a gem of a bike shop. The entire staff there is super friendly and professional! You won't find a sign on this shop. It is our little secret.
