I highly recommend this place! I had a flat tire and they were able to fix it right away. The service is friendly, highly competent and efficient. I've been to other bike shops that require a lot more fuss when seeking a simple repair. This is a fuss-free, awesome place. I will definitely be back for all of my bike related needs.
Courteous attention to customers and quality service on repairs
You need a new system for maintenance intake. I stood in line for 40 minutes while a single tech worked on the two bikes ahead of me as they came in. All in all, it cost me a full hour just to have a flat fixed. I would have happily left it there for an hour, or even more—I don't expect everyone to drop everything and attend to my issue. But I wasn't allowed to leave, I had to wait the entire time with my bike.
Even though it's quite a bit farther, I'll be going to Ride Brooklyn for my bike maintenance now.

Went into the shop on a Sunday, looking for an item, and was told that had to be ordered. I paid for it, and was told it would be 3-5 days before the item would arrive, I assumed that meant it would be shipped to me. When I checked in that next Thursday, (as I had no updates) I was told that that the store doesn't ship to customers, and there was no update on the arrival at the store. That Sunday I went online and ordered the item from another retailer, it was delivered to me on that next Wednesday, the same day the store notified me the item had arrived at the shop. I am pretty sure online shopping is going to be around for a while, and maybe this is something you should be exploring to expand your customer base.
I wanted to get new inner tubes which where fixed. But I also wanted my breaks to be fixed/looked at/replaced (I don’t know) but they are still very noisy and very loose. I am a little disappointed that I paid 77$ for a job half done.
