Very nice staff and helped us pick out a bike for my son. The only thing I would say is that it was confusing to figure out how to ask for help once we arrived. It was hard to figure out who was working there and of the team, who was there to assist customers and who was fixing bikes. I am glad we stuck around and someone found us eventually.

Repair shop was great. I called before dropping off my bike for basic tune up around 5:30 to ask if I would likely have to keep it overnight or could get it back the same evening. The person answering said it depends how busy they are but wouldn’t go check how busy they actually were. When I got there the repair guys made it seem like they always keep bikes overnight for tune-ups. Should have more coordination between repair shop and main number.
