The speed!
You charge too much for simple repairs
Chad was so patient and helpful with our two boys. My son loves his bike and is getting really good at riding around.

Always help when I have little issues with the bike and buying it was very easy
Very nice staff and helped us pick out a bike for my son. The only thing I would say is that it was confusing to figure out how to ask for help once we arrived. It was hard to figure out who was working there and of the team, who was there to assist customers and who was fixing bikes. I am glad we stuck around and someone found us eventually.

She was friendly and approachable and could sense immediately what I was hoping to find. I was able to select the bicycle that is perfect for me along with fitting accessories within minutes. Michael at the Park Slope location was amazing to work with. He made it really easy to understand why the bike and adjustments we were making was making an impact on my riding position. There's a lot to learn from him! He had a lot of patience explaining and adjusting so I could test ride multiple times.

The service experience can be more clearly defined for the customer. When you walk into the store, it is not always clear who is an employee and how to receive service. Where do you stand? Who do you speak to etc.
Good communication, great advice and service
Bicycle Habitat is amazing! The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they carry great products. I was helped by Jeremy, who answered all my questions and really took the time to find the best bike for me.
Bike Habitat is more than a local bike shop. It is an intitution, serving our community of cyclists for many years. They are advocates, professionals and fair. What else do you need to know?
