Justine was such a breath of fresh air! She helped my 6 year old nephew find his first bike and encouraged him throughout the whole process. Everyone cheered him on as he got the hang of backwards breaking. Bicycle Habitat has a forever customer!

Overall helpfulness was medium-plus, I would say. One employee was much friendlier and forthcoming with her advice and assistance. Another woman helped me zero in on a helmet very helpfully. The men in the shop, in both sales and service, were fine but more taciturn and not as proactive with help and advice.
you did a terrible repair job. Chain fell off immediately. It needed a link taken out which we talked about and you didn't do. I'm not coming back.
Ordered a Canyon Aeroad and had it delivered to Bicycle Habitat. Called them before it was delivered since I had some questions, wanted to install the upgraded aero bars, and some general fit advice. Michael was extremely helpful throughout the entire process both on the phone and in person. They also were able to wax the chain while I waited so I'm ready to go for the beginning of the season. Highly recommend going here for bike builds or just general maintenance. Everyone else in store was extremely friendly and personable as well. I have a LBS a lot closer to where I live but I'm considering going out of my way to make this place my new go to shop.

They have top serve and quality even though they are a little more than the off the beaten mom and pop bike shops. They seem to be honest and very experienced with bicycle parts, life span etc... I originally left them but went back due to their unsurpassed experience and services, honesty and desire to please. Thank You Bicycle Habitat!
