Service was quick and friendly. My bottom bracket had snapped (the thing that connects the pedals thru the frame), and the techs were able to install a new one right then. Took maybe 15 minutes.

What do you like about our products and services?

No comparison! Hands down you guys are the best in Brooklyn. I've been to 2 establishments in Brooklyn and 1 in NYC. I've only had the pleasure of having my bicycles serviced at only 2. 1 in Rockaway Beach, Queens and you guys here in Brooklyn!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was misquoted on a tune up by someone in store after describing my situation in detail ($99 vs $150), I brought my bike down on that quote, and was not informed there would be a fixed fee for the inspection.
