It was my first time but everything was completed quickly, totally understood what steps were needed, felt good!
I came early in the morning to get a flat fixed, was in and out in 30 mins. The mechanic even did a look over on the bike since it had been a while. Everyone working there was very kind, answered all my questions, and were joyous for a rainy morning. Really happy to be a repeat customer.

I don’t like the way you need to hand your bike in then given a list of mostly unnecessary expensive repairs. I also asked not to get my bike set up tubeless but they did it anyway. I got that taken off my bill but I won’t be coming back
