Steven was super helpful! Really spent the time explaining things to me. Only wish he’d have asked before adding the water bottle cages which I realized after the fact were added and charged - I’d have done without them or chosen differently. Overall, excellent experience and look forward to coming back with questions and as I learn to ride.

Chadd was extremely helpful in helping me find a bike! The process was very easy and everyone at the shop really cares about getting customers what they need to ensure they have a great experience. I will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for a bike shop in the area.
I went into the shop to get my bike serviced after several years collecting dust in my apartment. I was told it needed a complete overhaul and I wasn't sure the bike was worth it -- but it has sentimental value to me so I agreed. When I got it back it rode and looked like it was brand new-and this is an 18 year old bike. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

My gear shifter isn't working after I brought my bike in for a tuneup. I can't change gears. I don't have time or money to bring it back and I'm bummed cuz I paid $300 for the tune up
I appreciate the detailed attention I received upon dropping my bike off for a wheel upgrade. Everyone at the store makes you feel welcome and appreciate the knowledge Matt has in helping me choose the correct saddle and Mavic wheel upgrade.
I was also invited to bring the bike back after 10 hours of road use for a complimentary tighten up the Mavic wheels 🤗!!!

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went to the Prospect Heights shop initially and got an incredible amount of useful information from Michael, but the model of bike I wanted was only available at the Park Slope branch. I paid a deposit for the bike to be assembled, then went to test ride the bike, and once I decided to buy it, the staff there answered a few more questions about the compatibility of some of my accessories and helped me make a few adjustments. All in all a good experience!

Eric was very knowledgeable, responsive and attentive to my needs. While helping to lube my chain, he noticed that one of my pedals was broken, and Jorge fixed it in 5 mins. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
