Matt and the rest of the staff are very, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with anything about bicycles and bicycle equipment. I think they are fantastic especially when it comes to fitting a bicycle to the rider. They are also socially conscious when it comes to selling products from companies.

I came in for a brake repair. Having worked with other shops, I expected a quick turnaround to be maybe later that afternoon if I was lucky, but was expecting to hear the next day. Wait time? Ten minutes. While I waited, I went next-door to pick up a rear fender. My bike was already waiting for me when I got to the counter, and a friendly staff person installed if for me. Fantastic customer experience all around. Best bike shop in the area.

i had to pay over $600 for a tune up. I am happy with the work but don't like paying so much for the work that needed to be done. i hesitate to bring the bike back in because of the cost
