Excellent and high-level service; everyone who works in this store is a true expert and they are very willing to share their knowledge of bikes, bike equipment and biking in general. They are not "pushy" to make a sale; they work patiently with you to explore your interests and your needs for a new bike. I was very pleased about their service and dedication to helping me figure out the best bike for me.

Both our salesman John and the staff in general were exceedingly friendly, helpful, and patient - which was appreciated while getting my 11 year old onto her first "grown up" bike and drop bars. Good communication in person and over the phone, no hiccups in ordering, paying for, or customizing (changed stem) the bike.

Small bike shop feel but they have an extensive inventory & the bicycle maintenance are organized & friendly.
It's a real neighborhood bike store where they know your name and your bike. They provide professional repairs that are priced reasonably. A good quality selection of bikes, accessories and parts.
The team worked with me carefully to find the right bike for me, built out two models for me to try, and gave me a great price!
They tell what you can improve what things you can put on your bike etc etc

A warm welcome walking through the door. Followed by a can I help you with anything. I recently moved back to New York and decided to get back on the saddle. They helped me find a bicycle my size and in my budget. Walked me through the process and educated me about my preferences in regards to upgrades. All in all was a great experience even what they didn’t have available was ordered immediately.
