I’ve been to this location 3 different times over the past year and the front desk folks have been extremely rude. And I would not suggest anyone come here without significant change to staff / staff management.

Really slow to repair, not communicative, horribly overpriced. Will not be returning. There are plenty of better bike shops locally with highly qualified staff and much better service and pricing.

Prices were reasonable, and seemed like they keep good stock of everything. If I need service again when I'm in Manhattan, this will be my shop.
