The whole process was a smooth one. I hadn't bought a new bike in a long time, so I wasn't sure what I wanted and what to look for. Michael was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his help.
It was a positive shopping experience. I can't think of anything to improve. A score of 7 is reflective of no issues. The store was a tad busy and could use more assistance on the floor, but that's about it.
Attentive and SO helpful trying to find my best fit for my first cycling shorts. Will highly recommend to all friends.

I was given personal time and attention to go over the best tire for my riding style and personal preferences. The staff looked at all their inventory and we realized together that they didn't have what i was after, so they found a great product online and hit me up when it came in. After getting the tire on i had some trouble with it and came back to fix.. they noticed some hardware needed to be added on then gave the chain some lube.. i'm very happy with the service and products. Will keep coming back as i have since 2006.

Teddy at Bicycle Habitat was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I came in to the store to buy my first road bike and told Teddy that I was a total newbie! He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He explained all the different options at different price points and set me up for some test rides. I left the store the same day with a new bike - couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.
Salesperson was wonderful and helpful. Stock is good. Technical people abound and follow up excellent.

The tune up done on my bike was amazing. Well worth the money. Feels brand new, looks great, and was just so smooth to ride afterwards. Thanks bicycle habitat team!
Expertise. Trust that I am not being overcharged for something I do not need.
I get it was the start of a holiday weekend, but there were at least 6 people working in a pretty empty shop, and there was no sense of trying to work efficiently or quickly. It took double the time to fix a flat in comparison to when the shop is packed. I bought the bike at your store, I only get the bike serviced at your store, yet your telephone ID system failed to find my data the first two times even though home/cell are stored on my record. It's Labor Day -- I want workers to have fun together, but everything about the experience was kind of sloppy from accidentally tipping the bike over on the ground to having the mechnaic's attention get pulled away by a guy who was there to fix his own bike.
Good service. Range of helmets could’ve been a bit wider.

My bicycle was serviced well & ready when promised, as I was going away. They were very accommodating given it was a very busy week, just before Labor Day, & they were inundated with work.

I absolutely loved this store! I originally had a fitting with Matt a little while ago, and I loved the experience so much that I came back and bought a bike from him yesterday.
During the fitting, when Matt was tailoring the bike to fit me, we had some trouble finding the perfect seating position. As a result, we tried 5 different seats and adjusted the position probably 25 times. Matt was incredibly patient and caring throughout the entire process. He kept assuring me that I was fine and repeatedly asked me to make sure everything felt right for me. I genuinely felt cared for and like I mattered.
Oh, and he ended up staying an entire hour past closing to make sure I was completely set up. He even encouraged me to take the bike outside onto the street and test ride it while he waited patiently inside the store, after all of his employees had already left!
I’m definitely coming back here. I live an hour away, and I still plan on making the drive back here for my cycling needs. I will say that the store can be busy, but that’s probably because there are so many other extremely happy customers!
Seriously, if every store provided this level of customer service, Amazon would be out of business. 😂

The bike mechanic spoke with me and asked questions. I didn't have to wait long to talk to him. They were friendly, thorough and thoughtful and gave me clear answers on how they'd let me know when the work was complete. Appreciate the relaxed and capable team of bike techs who care about my bike as much as I do!!

I was a first-time buyer of any kind of bike, apart from the one I had as a toddler (purchased by my parents, presumably), so I had virtually no knowledge of what to look for. Katharine Magradey helped me throughout the process and was incredibly patient with all my questions and test rides.
I visited the store twice as part of my process to find the right bike and tried two different models. Katharine answered my million questions with patience and thoughtfulness and offered great insight into both the technical differences between the bikes and how those differences would affect the real-world riding experience. Katharine’s practical guidance ultimately made my decision much easier.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the experience and the bike I selected. I could not recommend the store, or Katharine’s knowledge, patience, and exceptional service, more highly.
