Been going to this shop for years. Matt Justine and the team are always helpful and make me feel important. Even for small things. But the big issues are always problem solved.

Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful! They provided great guidance and recommendations without being pushy. They set me up with a great gravel bike and the gear I need for a multi-day biking trip. I also like that they encourage you to take the bike for a loop in Prospect Park to really get a feel for it and if it's the right one.

Great staff. My bike got some plastic stuck on the real wheel that stopped my wheel from moving. I believe the staff-person was named Eric. He was very patient with each customer.

One the most warmest team and they have honest and strong technical team. I had to sort my hydraulic breaks. They made few adjustments and ensured that i did not have to go through full bleed and replace the brake fluids.

Your technician handled my request right away and although I thought I would be leaving the bike overnight because it was almost closing time, he was able to make the adjustments very quickly and have me on my way. It was very much appreciated

Great staff, well kitted-out shop. I mostly work on my bikes myself, but when I have taken things into the shop they did great work.
I brought my Canyon Aeroad for some upgrades. Although the shop was very busy they took their time to listen to my request, sent an estimate within 24hours and had the bike ready a day early. Great service and a great shop. Highly recommend.
Love it all. I bought my bike at Bicycle Habitat and won't go anywhere else for parts, accessories, and tune-ups. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly, and I love seeing Justine when I'm there. She was the 3rd person (in different stores) who fitted me for my bike and the only one I considered buying from; it made a huge difference as a woman being fitted by a woman.
