Salesman Matt was super knowledgeable about many facets- taking into account issues that would affect my son's bike experience- ie wider pedals, and upgraded more wrist-supportive grips. Very good experience so far, of course we wont really know til we pick up the bike tomorrow.

It was a busy day yesterday given the warm weather so it understandably was hectic in the store but my conclusion was that this store might not be a good destination for my new clunky ebike service. or Maybe the bike is the culprit..
