Libby was super helpful when it came to bike fitting and adjustments needed to make more a smoother ride. She is very knowledgeable about all the biking accessories and pointed me in the right direction towards Bontrager/Trek. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs a bike upgrade!

Aaron was so knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me pick out a bike for my fiancé’s birthday which was perfect, and set it up with all the needed extras!
I bought a bike the day before at a different location and they were helpful and friendly but I needed a helmet because they didn’t have any my size so I came to this location and John (almost positive that was his name) was by far the coolest, nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable bike guy I’ve ever met! He was so helpful and nice that my boyfriend who was just looking decided to buy a bike. In addition to that he helped me find the perfect helmet, fenders, told us about the rules for needing lights and bells on our bikes and taught me more about bike locks. I couldn’t recommend him more, they deserve a raise! 10/10 would recommend for sure!
