New to the neighborhood, so very pleased to find a good bike shop a couple of blocks away. The boyf and I brought my bike in to get a valve repair. I had forgotten about my gravity wheel locks on an earlier occasion so this time I came prepared with the wheel lock key. We both really enjoyed our interactions with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our impression was that they were thorough and patient. We did some shopping around the store inventory as well and staff was super informative regarding some of the accessories we were thinking of purchasing (but not yet ready).
I'll definitely be heading back soon for a rear rack installation (I understand for my particular single-speed kit bike it's possible but takes an extra/special part) and potentially some lights as well, if I cannot find my old ones after a move to a new place.

Purchased a $675 bike. One would think the new bike should be wipe down and clean. Bought it home to clean it up and discovered a 2 inch long scratch, glossy paint scratch off. Too late to complain about it to the store.

Good customer service
overall good job, fast, professional, etc. One issue was the hood had some sort of oil all under the rubber cover. The rubber cover also was not put on properly but this is rather insignificant. Overall likely to come back or recommend

The bike repair workers continue to impress me here. They are amazingly communicative, making sure you completely understand what's wrong with your bike so that you understand what you need to pay them to do. Even a bike noob like me could understand the way they were explaining things.
